Context:

We're working with a consulting firm that helps major enterprise customers. You will be authoring complex multi-turn prompts, wiring up production-grade integrations between AI agents and enterprise data, and standing up automated eval suites to keep agent quality high as things scale.

In this role, you'll be building - most of your time will be on hands-on delivery. The remainder will be split between maintaining critical open-source tooling and shaping the product roadmap by closing the feedback loop from clients. They're looking for an Applied AI Engineer who can turn prototypes into production reality: people who know the difference between a working demo and a reliable agent at scale.

About You

Roughly in order of importance:

• You have experience deploying AI **in production
• You have experience with prompt engineering and agent frameworks
• You have expert-level Python and automation tools (e.g., Antigravity)
• You are deeply familiar with LLMs (nuances of temperature, context windows, and RAG)
• You've built automated evaluation frameworks for AI outputs
